For as little as $25.00, you can join our organization Justice for Animals and receive our newsletter JUSTICE REPORTS. Find out how you can help stop cruelty to animals in North Carolina. Our newsletter lets you know what the law does and does not do to protect your rights, your pet's safety, and the welfare of other animals. It tells you what's happening and what Humane groups and individuals and the state legislature are doing about it, and how you can help.

This organization is run entirely by volunteers. No salaries are paid. All contributions received are used for mailings, phone service, equipment, projects, printing and mailing of newsletters, and website maintenance. In addition while JFA  attorneys donate their time and professional expertise representing you in court (on behalf of the animals), they must be reimbursed for "out-of-pocket" expenses in trying cases such as obtaining expert witnesses and taking depositions, which can run into thousands of dollars.
